    best thing to do?

What's the best thing to do to build your chest area (like getting a six pack, etc). Do sit-ups work? On a side note, what do push-ups do? Thanks for answering

no sit up does not work your chest area. build your chest area does not give you a "six-packs". WHat does push up do? pushups work your chest area.

The best thing to do is to get to know the different body parts.

Abs are like any other muscle except you need a low body fat to see them. 6 reps is for size, 50 reps is for cardio.

um, dude... Your chest and your abs are two entirely different regions of your body. They are not related in any way.
