Imagine yourself doing a benchpress. With the weight pushed all the way up. Now bring the barbell down to your forehead by ONLY bending your elbows. When you push the weight back up to the upright position you can feel your triceps being used very nicely.
its like skull crushers, but i like to use a dumbbell and stand when i do em.
