    Hey Goodwin,

    The BEnch only remark was meant to go to "BaggedE30" I do use dumbbells some.Usually though on a tricep press(palms facing each other) But I have done the 150's here at my hometown gym for numerous reps on chest presses. It is funny cause them and the 100 lb plates are referred to as "Wolfys" I just have to laugh at them. But here is a couple of pics of me using Kettlebells. Now these are awesome for build ing great strength and work great for back,sholders and triceps.

    I think my forearms have grown a bit since the above pic, but the tatts still look cool I'm labeled Westside for life!!!!

    Hey Drew,

    Yeah it looks like I'll be using the Inzer next weekend also. I really like the F6 but I got to get some gym time in it. I used it on my opener and it gave me a hell of a pop, but seing as how I'm use to the denim I miss grooved it at the top and missed my push at the top. So seeing as how I'm use to the denim and know the shirt pretty good I'll use it. But the F6 2 ply NXG plus is AWESOME shirt and you will see me in it again after I log more training time.

    Just got a new tat today, got a big Jacked up Raging bull across my left pec. I'm waiting for my sis in law to get here and i'll post a pic. She has the digital camera mine is broken. But yeah those were in PL USA when they did the article on me and Jay Fry so the guys at the Tat shop told me he would put a free one on me so it only took a yr to get around to getting it and toiday was the day.

    I had been eating small children and the occsional stray cat but now I'm on the straight and narrow. Working on the beach body for next April!!!!! We are heading to the Bahamas!!!!!

    Honestly up to the last meet I was just eating anything and everytyhing I could get my hands on. BK had 2 Whoppers for 3 bucks and that is good for Protein, Carbs, Fats, and Clogged arteries all part of my precisely planned out diet to attack the 900 pound club.

    Now I'm just living on Eggs, Chicken, Lean Beef, Tuna, Talapia, Leafy Green Salads and Lots of Protein Shakes. Plus Oatmeal, 2 Rockstars and the occasional Gatorade in the morning to get my carbs in me.

    I'm really feeling alot better got all that grease and crappy food outta my body and I allow myself one cheat meal a week and yesterday it was Arby's. I had 3 Arby Melts, order of Mozz Sticks, and a Med Diet Pepsi.

    So hopefully with the added protein and the refiguring of my diet I should do pretty good cutting off and keeping my mass and strength.
