The other day I was reading in Maxim that the best may to get rid of "man breasts" was do the exercise where you lie on a bench with a dumbell above you, lower it back behind your headand bring back up(I didn't know what it's called). What do y'all think? I'm currently using wannabebig1 should I bring this exercise in and what should I substitute it for?
That's called a DB pullover, and that info is shite.
Burn the mag.
"Geordie/'d3c:di/n. & adj. Brit colloq. n. 1 a native of Tyneside. 2 the dialect spoken on Tyneside. adj. of or relating to Tyneside, its people, or its dialect. [the name George + -IE]
That exercise works your serratus muscles(for the most part).
Don't substitute it, like Chicken said; burn the mag.
First clip out the pics of the hot women in the mag, hang em up on the wall, take of your shirt, repeatedly flex your pecs towards the pics and say "whose your daddy"....thats how i get my rock hard pecs.

Maxim... LOL! Definitely NOT the best source for great weightlifting tips!
But, I agree, the women are HOT!

well so are there any suggestions to decrease the flab, I've read that incline is good as it lifts up the chest
That flab is fat. So in order to reduce the flab you need to lose fat.(Diet)
What kind of chest routine are you doing right now?
