    flabby chest

The other day I was reading in Maxim that the best may to get rid of "man breasts" was do the exercise where you lie on a bench with a dumbell above you, lower it back behind your headand bring back up(I didn't know what it's called). What do y'all think? I'm currently using wannabebig1 should I bring this exercise in and what should I substitute it for?

That exercise works your serratus muscles(for the most part).

Don't substitute it, like Chicken said; burn the mag.

Maxim... LOL! Definitely NOT the best source for great weightlifting tips!

But, I agree, the women are HOT!

That flab is fat. So in order to reduce the flab you need to lose fat.(Diet)

What kind of chest routine are you doing right now?
