    Any problem with food routines?

    I just had a thought that I would plan out all 6 meals and eat eather the same thing each day, or the same thing each week (in a cycle).... would there be any problem with this ann what are some guidelines for a good cutting diet, ie: what types of meals on workout days / rest days, not how many calories and all....

    just wondering basically if eating on a cycle has any downsides (beside no variety) and what types of foods to eat depending on whether its an on or off day....

    and how often should I take whey protein and creatine? just before and after workouts (which are now m-w-f) or every day + before and after?
