The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    PostWorkout&Carbs

Hey everybody i have a quick question about carbs. I read that you should eat anywhere from .7 to .9 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight right after working out.

But...i also read that it is a good idea to eat 100g of dextrose right after working out, which i will be trying out real soon.

So, following the .7 to.9 rule, would it be alright to eat like 150g of dextrose right after working out?

any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
also please post how many carbs you guys eat after working out.

I eat 90 grams of carbs (2 cups fruit juice and banana) and 44 grams of protein (protein shake).

**I'm on a calorie restricted diet**

The rule I read was .8 grams of carbs per KILOgram of bodyweight not pounds. I think 150 of dextrose is way too much after a normal weight training session.
