    Compling articles on insulin sensitivity

    to all (especially Built)

will you share your articles/links here on the topic of insulin sensitivity...specifically WHAT foods and WHEN to eat them to improve your insulin sensitivity. I want to know more about this, particularly since I know poor sensitivity can be a precursor to diabeties, which runs in my wife's side of the family.

and my wife is a bread-aholic.

so that's it? i was under the assumption that you could 'eat to improve your sensitivity' in by avoiding simple carbs.

i believe that's the thought behind P+C in the am, P+F in the pm, although I don't subscribe to that whole diet philosophy as a whole.

but hey, if I'm wrong and its as straightforward as the above 3 points...all the better.
