    Shoulder friendly chest lifts

The back of my shoulder is usually sore for a few days after I do a chest exercise like bench pressing. I would like to do some chest exercises that won't put a lot of stress on the back of my shoulders for a few weeks to see if it helps. I'm going on vacation next week so I will have a week off to help recover and then I plan on it taking it easy on my shoulder for awhile. So what are somethings that I can still do for my chest that won'y put much stress on my shoulder?

    Powerlifting style bench press.

Try flat-bench dumbell presses. Also, try going only to 90 degrees for a while.

Well, I have been doing a couple shoulder exercises for a couple months and they haven't helped much.
