The back of my shoulder is usually sore for a few days after I do a chest exercise like bench pressing. I would like to do some chest exercises that won't put a lot of stress on the back of my shoulders for a few weeks to see if it helps. I'm going on vacation next week so I will have a week off to help recover and then I plan on it taking it easy on my shoulder for awhile. So what are somethings that I can still do for my chest that won'y put much stress on my shoulder?
Try flat-bench dumbell presses. Also, try going only to 90 degrees for a while.
ever try making your shoulders stronger so they can deal with the stress of bench pressing?

look at lightweight high rep cuban presses....

well when you said shoulder pain i figured it meant shoulder pain to the extent of not being able to do shoulder specific raises.
true decline..maybe it will help ur shoulders and get used to the weight, or db bench..to build stabilizers
Strengthen your rear delts. Very important on heavy pressing movements.
