Yesterday I was doing BB cleans and on the transition part of the rep my left grip gave out and I dropped that side. It was my last rep and I knew my grip was giving out a little...I didn't think it was giving out that much. When I feel it giving out and i think I have another rep I usually regrip for the last rep or 2. Nobody was home and I guess it is a somewhat safe exersize to lose your grip on...so it was not that big of a deal. This is the first time in a long time an accident happened to me while lifting and I think i will try to be a little more safe.
