    Crystal Light and Fit Day

    Hey everyone, okay, I went to put crystal light on fitday but it wont let me add it because it says it should be 0 cals since everything else is 0, what can I do about this so I can track it there?

    Give it 1 gram of carbs and put zeros in the fat and protein part.

    Remember to subtract 4 from your daily calories if it makes you feel better.
