    High Hammer Rows

With reference to the "Baby Got Back" routine, what exactly are high hammer rows?

Google found me an ebay listing for a high row machine, no clue as to how it works though.

    Thanks

I think it's the one where you sit in the chair and the handles are over your head and to the front. Supposedly you pull it down at an angle to your chest or something. I think I've seen one, but I've never used it before though.

    Oh thanks,

My gym doesn't have this machine. What would be the next best thing?

I think I'll have to stick with pull-downs for now then. I'm hopefully going to join a better gym when my current membership runs out.
