    Where are the COMPETITOR's?

There are so many bodybuilders and powerlifters on this site, yet there are so few posts in this forum. Where are all you guys? I know there must be some guys or gals preparing for competition in the near future!

Too much drug taking involved. Stuff I'm not prepared to do, even in the ametur ranks. I love this sport and it sickens me that my dreams are based around drug use.

First meet is on Feb 17.

Interesting shift I've noticed among a lot of my BBing buds... many are making the shift to PLing and strongman.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

Yates Drugs do not stand in the way of your dreams.

If you love bodybuilding but dont love the drug use go drug free. You can make amazing progress, look at what I have done.

Follow what makes you really happy in life.

You would make an excellent model too from seeing the couple of pics I have seen of you.

Reason I started competing, well...I have always liked doing heavy lifting and watching anykind of lifting on TV. I saw in my news paper one day a group of guys from around here that were going to the nationals for p'lifting and from then on i wanted to go. Now my brain is set on getting to the worlds some year soon. I like competiting alot because it gives you new goals to shoot for and you get to meet a lot of great people.

If i would ever compete, it would be in powerlifting not bodybuilding. powerlifting seems very cool.

then again i dont have the build for it and my lifts just suck so it would be a long for me to a bodybuilding comp.
