Looking on the exrx site both of these DB fly excercises work the same muscles and synergists, so is there any difference between them?
Also the same question for Flat bench press vs decline bench press?
Its a fly, they are pretty much the same exersize. Flat fly probably hits the upper chest more than the decline. As far as flat and decline press, most people are going to recammend flat, but do both if you like.
