    My Job Interview... recap.

    Hey all,

Interview went GREAT! They even gave me a tour. I had 2 guys interview me, lots of questions. I did very well.

They told me I was the best yet, and even gave me a tour of the place. They kept saying "and we'll have you do this..." and "we'll have you do that..."

    "When you start..." etc, etc...

We knew a lot of the same people, turns out he mentioned my old boss, who I told off at a party. Remember? However, it wasn't on my resume. He just metioned that he golfs with a few people I know, and my old bosses name came up as one of his golf buddies. Oh well, I doubt it'll hurt me. No golf for a few months, hehe.. besides, I didn't let on that I knew him.

As for wage and stuff... $35K to start, full benefit, company car is mine (they will lease a car for me, $30,000 or less). Gas is paid for ALL THE TIME. Told me if I take my car to Toronto on the weekend with friends, gas is paid.

I get half off on all the clothes from Campus Crew and Joggers as well,.. if I get the job.

I'll know next week. I am competing with 3 other people who they haven't met, but they said I am the best so far. They were impressed with the letter I wrote them via e-mail, outlining WHY I am the right person for the job :o)

KEEP me in your prayers.. hehehe..

    I am pumped.

Lots of travel with this job. 3 nights here, 4 days there... cell phone, laptop, pager... car :o)

when they give you the tour..that usually means your in.

that happened to me on my first tech gig ever. after sitting ina rumor with a bunch of people quite similar in personality to the people here, firing technical wuestions at me, and trying to rattle me to see how i would hold up.

i actually got into it with one of the admins at that time. *lol*
