For quite a few months now I have been suffering from fatigue, but I have no idea why, it isn't anything to do with lifting because it started before I started lifting.
I'm also stuffed up all the time and I get headaches and sometimes stomach aches, a bit like a long term cold without the fever, it has also been getting worse over the last few weeks. Anyone know what could be causing this?
Also, are there any natural sups/herbs that are good for fatigue?
