I wanted to make this as the 1 year aniversary of me changing my life...1 year ago i started lifting weights and my life is changed, let me go through.
i started 1 year ago at 275 lbs, really fat and strong for never working out, bench - 190, deadlift - 315, leg press - 6pps.
then i cut down to about 195, with the help of all of you.
then i bulked up 13 lbs to 210, with the help of all of you.
now i cut 10 lbs again, once again with help of all of you, now i bench 265 x 3, deadlift 405 x 4, and squat 405 x 1, 255 x 20, 225 x 30.
