Can't seem to get a good workout with BB Rows. Looking for a substitute.
I'm doing a variation of WWB 1, so I'm doing pull ups, deads and BB rows. I want to substitute either DB Rows, Cable Rows or Staight Back Cable Rows (instead of the BB Rows). Any of those superior, or is it a matter of taste? What's the difference between doing the cable rows with or without a straight back?
