Thought I had 2 extra days to cut water weight before an event, then all of a sudden the day is changed and it's TODAY! In about 8 HOURS!
I'm slightly carb depleted but not bad. Retaining medium water. Not really bloated.
Haven't touched any food or water yet today.
Just cut carbs/sodium/salt and hope for the best?
Anything i can eat or drink to make me lose water?
What's the event and how much do you have to lose?
I have to cut about 4-5 lbs. No scale with me atm but i'm just estimaing based on at a glance....
I had some milk at about 4 am and might be slightly gasy (*gasp) and hopefully that will pass.
Also I have had a cup of black coffee.
The event is actually a sprinting competition. $300 on the line. I need to be under 200.
Weigh in is today and and the sprint is on saturday.
I had about 200 grams of carbs yesterday after a 50 carb day, and i did a Tabata Protocal Thrusters with 35's and also a Glycogen Depletion workout with dips and squats.
Edit: Also, i am at work and won't be able to do any physical activity until just before weight in..

The only way I can think to lose 4-5lbs in 8 hours is to sweat it off ... go home "sick" and head to the suana.
Dang, if only i hadn't taken 3 "sick" days to get laid last week.
Get laid... $300.... Get laid.... $300.....
I made the right choice.
Prunes! Will make you pap out all the excess water.
