Well, after 2 months solid cutting, I had a week off, ate some bad ****, and it seems put on a about 5lbs?! Do you reckon some of this may be water? I really wanna be ripped by the end of august. I need emergency suggestions to get the fat off, fast! I was eating 2600kcals on lift days, and 2300 on off days, with around 200grams of protein everyday. My maintenance was 3000, but that was taken from average weights and calories, and may not be accurate.
