Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

:-( my cut has gone bad

Well, after 2 months solid cutting, I had a week off, ate some bad ****, and it seems put on a about 5lbs?! Do you reckon some of this may be water? I really wanna be ripped by the end of august. I need emergency suggestions to get the fat off, fast! I was eating 2600kcals on lift days, and 2300 on off days, with around 200grams of protein everyday. My maintenance was 3000, but that was taken from average weights and calories, and may not be accurate.

Probably just mostly water weight. Just get back on the routine and stick to it as well as you can.

7 days of eating 3000 calories is 21000 calories in a week. That's enough to put on an even 6 pounds... provided your maintenance was 0 calories a day (because you're undead or something).

    I blame water weight.

Some cardio would help for sure, eating bad shouldn't mess you up too much. It usually doesn't even phase me. It most definately could be water weight. Try weighing yourself after you wake up for a few days and see how that works out.

And, I guess if you need to lose those calories, you'll need to adjust the diet or add in some cardio

Did you eat lots of carbs during your binge? If so, than you probably gained a LOT of water weight.

What, to gain water weight due to carbs, or just get fat?
