I'm 226 lbs, 6'3 started my cut 2 days ago.
cutting on 3000 calories, mostly from shakes actually.
typical day :
6am : milk and whey and oatmeal shake 400 cal
9am : milk and whey and oatmeal shake 400 cal
lunch 11am : salad with dressing and chicken 600 cal
2pm : milk and whey 300 cal
4pm preworkout : 30g whey, 50g dextrose and water 300 cal
6pm postworkout : 40g whey 50g dextrose and water 350 cal
730 pm : whey milk and oatmeal shake 400 cal
11pm : whey and milk shake 300 cal
trying to lift the same weights/ same routine
drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day
take about 10 capsule of fish oil a day
ephedra 75 mg 600mg caffeine a day
any suggestions? see anything wrong?
whats the deal with cheat meals? most people who cut have them once a week?
