    Confused About Stretching and Warming Up

    As the title says, I'm a little confused about stretching and warming up. Is it best to do some warm up sets, lift, and then stretch? Or should I stretch before I warm up? I read it both ways. I just wanted to get your opinions. Thanks!

    First one Im pretty sure, your not supposed to stretch cold muscles for some reason but it does help doms to stretch afterwards. That what Ive read a lot of the time.
