what would be the best diet for getting down below 8-9% bf. I am currently eating only P+F for all my meals and eating only P+C around my workouts. My calorie intake is under my maintenance calorie needs as well. I supplement with caffiene+ephedrine once to twice daily to increase the fat burning.
I have seemed to have reached a plateau and was wondering if anyone knows a different dieting route i should take to reaching my goals or if my diet is the right one and will just have to live with the slower bf loss. thanks in advance.
