ok, what is the diffrence between toning, bodybuilding and strength training. and what would get you bigger the quickest

Toning is a made up word that means nothing.
Body building is weight training and diet to increase muscle size and decrease body fat.
Strength training is weight training to increase overall strength.
Using a solid bodybuilding or strength training routine, coupled with the proper diet would get you pretty big. Read the stickies in the nutrition forum for more info on what and how to eat.
