    Please critique--

    Today was my first day of ever trying to eat more than 3200 calories on purpose. I'd really appreciate it if someone would please take a gander and let me know how I did.

    Looks to me like your protein is extremely high, while your fats are not, depends on who you talk to but I think you need some more balance.
    Complication breeds desperation.
