    Nice benching bro! I noticed the Metal bench shirt in the 2nd pic, how do you like that shirt? I'm due for a new shirt and was thinking about getting a Metal.

    no i missed it it was just to hot and i was drained. so 605 is still my meet maxi still need a lot of practice to figure out how to do better lifting with my shirts.

    i like the shirt but am not real used to using it yet. it seems to be well put together so you might as well give it a try

    elizabeth can bench more than some of the guys who were in my last year at school! lol. They were 16. She gonna be strong! 9 years old benching 100lbs. imagine what she'll be benching at 16!
