help on decision
hey i posted a thread a lil earlier no ones given any feed on it so...
the deal is im 5 6- 5 7, weigh 168 but ive gained like 5 lbs over the 1 1/2 month span of not workin out...im at like 15%bodyfat...in mid nov. im goin to puerto rico for a couple months so i want to kinda have the muscular physique back, what should i do...slow bulk or light cut and lifting heavy?..
You're not really giving us much information, except that you want a muscular physique? We all want a muscular physique!
