LOL. When I first started lifting back as a freshman in HS, the gym owner told me to drink a glass of egg nog and eat a spoon of mayonaise everyday and I would gain a pound a week. I said a pound of what and he said a pound of mass.

Can't drink SoCo, it goes down too easy and I ALWAYS end up over doing it. Stuff is like liquid candy.I am addicted to SoCo for some reason.
