Been Training 3 years, gone from 9 stone to 13 stone

Am now thinking of going on a bit of a cut, wanted to know what you think of this routine?

Weights are currently done 4 sets of 6, changing to 3 sets of 8 in 6 weeks.

Sunday
Chest/shoulders/Triceps
11am
Flat bench
Dips
Military Press
Close grip bench

9pm 30/40 Mins walking

Monday
7 am -20 Mins Walking
Between 6:30-10, 30 mins 5 aside Football

Tuesday
Back/Biceps

Deadlift
DB Rows
Barbell Curls

Wednesday
7 am -20 Mins Walking
Between 6:30-10, 30 mins 5 aside Football

Thursday
9pm 40 Mins walking

Friday
Legs/Abs

Squats
Calf Raises
Crunches 3 x15

Saturday
OFF
