What does incline bench do your your chest that regular bench press doesn't. I've heard numerous things on both sides for and against incline bench. So I would like some feedback from the WBB public. Thanks
Goal for after Bulking 190
Basically the varying angle varies how much support muscles are bought into play, incline will involve the triceps and front delts more, decline concentrate the effort more into the pecs.
So basically they will help develop the pressing 'structure' as a whole, and NOT as some people believe, work different parts of the pecs.
Just my understanding anyways, sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.
