    Protein Pudding

    1 Package Jello Fat Free Pudding
    2 cups skim milk
    Whey Powder (as much as you want really)

    Take those two cups of skim milk, and blend them with whey. I reccommend doing this with a blender to ensure that your protein powder is fully dissolved.

    Be sure to match the flavour of your whey with the flavour of pudding. You could mix but I haven't tried.

    Mix the whey/milk mixture in with the pudding mix as per the instructions on the jello box.

    Let stand for a few minutes.
