    Need to increase my butt!

    Hi,
    What is the fastest and most effective way to make my butt larger? I already have pretty good size, but would like to increase. I am currently spinning two times a week and running four times a week. I'm going to start increasing protein and lifting heavy lower body weights. What else can I do? Would stair climbing help?

    You need to lift heavy. Spinning, cardio, running, stair climbing will not build muscle. Deep squats, and SLDLs would be best to hit the glutes and give you a "phat ass".

    sorry to stray from the original thread question, but if i alread have 8% body fat, is there any other way to lose all that fat in my ass, or is it just a genetic thing?

    Firstly, you cannot spot reduce.


    Secondly, are you sure you're at 8% body fat? I believe woman that low suffer health risk i.e. menstrual cycle

    Lastly, everyone in this thread is giving you the right info: deep squats and sldl hit the glutes great but you need to remember you cannot change the shape of your glutes or how they will grow.

    I would do squats, SLDL and Lunges. My workout partner is a girl and she likes working out that part of her body too...works for me because I like watching her work that part of her body lol

    Squats hit the glutes better than any other exercise. So...learn to do squats and learn to do them well.
