Sup guys, on WBB1 and today is my first leg day =) Got all the other exercises sorted, just need an alternative to the Hack Squat because i don't have the appropriate equipment. Any ideas?
Edit: Just noticed that you need a machine for standing calve raises :/ Need an alternative for this too
