    Simple/Cheap high calorie foods

    Does anyone have any cheap and simple(minimal preperation needed) foods with a ton of calories they like to use when bulking? I'm trying to exploring my options

    make your own weight gainer for one.

    protein
    milk
    olive oil
    oats
    you can toss a banana in there
    natty pb
    even add ice cream if you desire

    Roast beef is $5 dollars a pound here. Buy lots of that, with some provolone cheese, rye and you're ready to go.

    Canola Oil, its the good kind of fat. Put it into whatever you can, its cheap and lots of cals.
    Hellman's just came out with a new mayonaise that uses canola oil instead of soybean oil, I saw it at the store today and almost got a boner.

    i need something that i can eat in school before and after lunch. it needs to be something small so that my teachers wouldn't see me eating in class but something with protein. any one have any suggestions?

    yeah, milk nuts pb eggs, that stuff is good, cheese is great also, pack down 1/4 a lb and thats a ton of protien and fat

    Um Rice and Pasta. THey are'nt really high in calories but you can add cheap things to make them high in calories.
