possible to cut through HIIT only?

is it possible to cut just by adding HIIT to your workouts and not changing my diet by much. I understand that i'll need to cut down on my calories, bu ti dont want to worry about counting carbs and all that?

You must understand your diet. Most people will compensate for increased activity with more food without even realizing it.

If your diet is in line, yes, HIIT will help you lose fat and maintain muscle.
