    whey protein shakes or recipes

    He guys I just started taking Whey and mixed it in with oatmeal which was not bad but am looking for new ways to take it and would love some suggestions

    ON 100% Whey vanilla ice cream flavor mixed with orange gatorade.

    I always like: 2 scoops of whey, one banana, 2 tbspns peanut butter, 1/2 cut oats and 2-3 cups of milk works well.
    5'11.75
    249lbs cutting to 220lbs
    Bench: 250

    OHP: 190

    What works for one may, or may not work for another. Everyone's body functions in different ways as to how it handles different macros and foodstuffs, there will be great similarities but there is always fine print. And knowing the fine print will give you that edge.

    I mix my rocky road whey protein with a cup of milk and two spoonfulls of peanut butter . . . Tastes just like a reeses cup

    skim milk
    almond butter
    ground flax seeds
    whey protein
    creatine if required
