He guys I just started taking Whey and mixed it in with oatmeal which was not bad but am looking for new ways to take it and would love some suggestions
My favorite so far...
ON 100% Whey vanilla ice cream flavor mixed with orange gatorade.
5'6", 145 lbs.
I always like: 2 scoops of whey, one banana, 2 tbspns peanut butter, 1/2 cut oats and 2-3 cups of milk works well.
249lbs cutting to 220lbs
Someone deleted the other thread, but perhaps you should read this first, before following other people's advice.
What works for one may, or may not work for another. Everyone's body functions in different ways as to how it handles different macros and foodstuffs, there will be great similarities but there is always fine print. And knowing the fine print will give you that edge.
