    I have my Squat Rack! (Announcment!)

    Yes. I thought I'd anounce it to the whole board that I (Goodwinm) have a squat rack!
    After serious training for over a year, I'm finally getting a damn squat rack. Holds 200kg + So i'll be ok for a while. Im hoping to get more plates from my parents as a (good exam results) present. hehe.

    Just thought id spread the news. I know alot of you guys rele were pressing me to get a squat rack. Well now i have one. I'll be setting it up in the morning and having my first workout with it
