on rest days is it okay to bump carbs cause during training days i was consuming like 60g carbs and lots of protein and efa and such and weekeneds bump it to 120ish and stuff
first 3meals -with oats
5th and 6th protetin and efa
I go with lower carbs on my rest days, unless I'm have a planned cheat day or meal. But really It depends on what your whole diet looks like and how many rest days you have to determine if more carbs is necessary or not. But you'll want to throw a couple of carb up days everyone in a while though since your carbs are pretty low on training days.
The rest days 120 carbs over the weekend is in the rest days over 60 carbs.
