    help with my elbow

    two weeks ago i started getting bad pain in my elbow when i would do standing barbell curls and seated preacher curls...so i started just curling with dumbells and felt fine with dumbells...now today i started to get this funny feeling in my elbow...like something crwaling around inside it or somethign and when i would rub it to make it stop it would burn pretty bad...i really dont wanna take time off from workin out but if i have to i will...what do u guys think
