    Protein flavor for smoothies?

    If i make fruit smoothies, what's the best protein flavor to mix with em? Vanilla?

    Can it be tasted in the smoothie, or is it just the texture?

    Do you make your smoothies in a blender? I do, and it doesn't change the texture. I make mine with 1/2 yogurt, 1/2 orange juice, a banana, a scoop of banana flavored whey and maybe a little sugar to sweeten it up. I think the whey actually makes it taste better.

    Vanilla is most neutral.

    When I use strawberry it tastes somewhat synthetic but can be good.

    It all depends on what fruit you use. I think chocolate or vanilla works well.

    chocolate or vanilla seems weird to me to mix w/ fruit

    i use banana/strawberries/yogurt/OJ

    so i was thikning strawberry, banana, or designer protein has a tropical punch flavor

    yep,you can fresh berries and whatever else you desire.I always use Vanilla.
