    website for records?

    is there a website that shows the records for different weight classes in a certain state? im trying to find the state record for BP in kentucky
    Age: 22
    Height: 5'10"
    Starting Weight: 135-140lbs (August 1st 2006)
    Current Weight: got up to 177 but got it back down to 170lbs
    Current Goal: cutting

    Hey, bro ... I am in Kentucky also. I don't know if there is a specific site that lists them all, but I have checked a few fed sites for our overall state records. The records for the Kentucky APA are here: http://www.angelfire.com/alt2/kyapa/...kyrecords.html

    The APA, SLP, SPF/WBPLA, NASA, USPF, and USAPL all hold meets here in Kentucky. I just went to each individual site and checked for our state, so you might just try that.

    looks like theres nothing listed for my weight class. what part of ky u in?

    lol check out the records for the THE LIGHTEST weight class ****in' insane !!


    ....then you got the SHW's benching what the light weights can squat/deadlift lol.
