    question about legs

    If i'm running 2.5-3 miles everyday is it okay to workout my legs once a week?

    You should not be doing long distance running for football (american i am assuming) it will just hurt you and slow you down in the game of football. Look into HIIT and interval training to help your endurance. And if you play football then you should be doing a lot of leg work. Squats Powercleans Fronts Squats Lunges.

    I'm running 5 days of the week. it's 3 miles cuz i'm also running cross country. All i need to know is if it's okay to workout my legs once a week with weights? Yes or No?

    I run a couple of times per week and still do legs at least once a week. If you do it once, do it when you'll have a few days break so it won't affect your running too much.
