Well I started tracking calories again, and here are the results of day 1.
Fat: 72g (35%)
Carbs: 64g (13%)
Protein: 199 (45%)
What I ate:
18 egg whites
2 slices wholemeal bread
2 slices bread before training, and the PWO after (Obviously). 25g Hydro whey, 60g Glucose (Dextrose).
The rest was my assortment of meals throughout the day. I am cutting, by the way.
