For how easy you nailed 405 (like its as easy as I get 225) you should have been able to get 440 no problem.
Were you trying to impress the blond with your huge lifts? Maybe try an energy thingy like red bull or something next time before you attempt it.

That's funny because it's the same for me. The bar slowed down A LOT (elbows started shaking) around middle of ROM.

I have been doing boards and lockouts. My triceps are strong enough. I was confident I was going to make the lift but I just didn't perform. I didn't even realize that chic was there so I can't blame her.
