The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Poopy flexing video

Was playing around with my digital camera today and noticed it can capture video. This is just a short clip of me checking my self out in the mirror, but I've gained about 15 or 20 lbs since the last time I posted pictures, so some criticism would be nice. I'm 185 in the vid, up 45 pounds in about 12 months, and I'd like to get to about 220 before I cut. (We'll see how fat I am at 200 though.)

(I also got carried away with windows movie maker, so I added some tunes.)

Looking good, keep at it! Chest is nice and thick, looks like delts/back could use more mass. How are the legs?

Leggies are pretty large actually, I'll try to get some pics of them up sometime since I couldn't get them in the video.

Yeah, I know I don't look like I weigh quite that much, but I can take a picture on a couple different scales to prove it

Maybe it's because it's been a long day - but that was uplifting to see. It takes some stones to post a video of yourself flexing... looking good man.

Thanks man. I was almost sort of embarrassed to post the vid at first, since it's nothing impressive, but what the heck. I love the sport, and doing something like this once in a while really boosts the ol' confidence, plus I like hearing feedback on how I'm developing.
