    2 weeks into cut

    hey everyone so this is my after bulk pics: I'm 5'5 162lbs. i started off at 130lbs around Dec. i could keep bulking to reach my 180-190 lbs cut goal but the double chin and love handles are getting to me, so i'll slow down a bit .

    Please feel free to critique the pics and let me know what part needs more work so i have an idea next bulk . Also any guesses on Bf%?

    Impressive thickness. I would personally continue the bulk but I know that it takes it toll not looking in top shape. Keep doing what you are doing and good luck with the cut if you decide to.

    i'm also 5'5 but i'm at 168lbs, i'm going to cut in 4 months

    Waaaaaaaaaoooooooooooooowwww! Anyone told you you had cute nipples? Nah seriously this is really great work out! But I wouldn't mind seeing a six pack on your tummy...I'm sure you'll get it soon!

    Definitely looking good, but I think your traps need work. Your traps don't look bad from the back, but they look small in the front.

    Thanks for the replies and comments guys! keep 'em coming! My traps are weird, sometimes they're small sometimes they look big but either way they will def be getting some attention next bulk ..

    any guesses on my BF% ?? i wanna figure out my lbm so i can fix my diet

    when did you start your training? how much did you weigh when you started training.

    been training for 2 years now .. i'd say i started doing things right just alil more than a year. starting point was 130lbs which was my last cut in Dec.

    I'd say you're just under 19%.

    I'd personally train the shoulders more and build up some sick traps...

    But otherwise, yeah, I think you're ready for a cut to near 10%.

    not too lean as i'm nowhere near my goal.. i'll try and lose 8-10 lbs and see how i look then do a clean bulk to 190lbs hopefully i don't hit the wall before i hit that weight.

    Update pics

    2 months into cut and 10 lbs lighter. i weighed in this morn at 152 lbs.

    I'm taking a 2 weeks off cuz my gym is doing their anual maint. im currently trying to maintain and doing some light cardio here and there. I plan on cutting to about 9% before i start a clean bulk. just getting tired looking at the fat :S any guesses on the bf%?

    You make me sad, if thats you at 152, ama look like crap when I get lower, ohwell, nice progress.
