    planning a CKD Diet sooner or later

    Weight about 165ish
    waist 33ish i think
    5'9

    I was thinking a CKD Diet with carb load days
    here is what my CKD will look like

    Meal1-5am-5whole Eggs
    GYM 6:45am-8ish
    Meal2(Postwork) 44Gram Protein shake and peanuts or EFA
    Mea3-About 2grilled Chicken Breast,Veggis,EFA
    Meal4-1Cup Cottage Cheese,EFA
    Meal5-2chicken breast and stir fry the veggies,EFA
    Meal6-ProteSHae,EFA

    saturday-8am til sunday 3pm Carbload

    Saturday-Meal1-5 will be Protein/Carbs ..carbs such as oatmeal,potatoa,bread...
    Sunday-Meal1-3 Protein/Carb than i start loading for KETO to get back into it for monay


    WEDNESDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY rest days what do you think...no cardio will be done

    Sounds like you might have a few too many Carbs depending on what type of veggies you are talking about. Here is a guess at how many carbs you are taking in...

    Peanuts (2 ounces)....10g
    Protein Shake............~8g
    Broccoli......................~8g/cup
    Cottage Cheese (4%).10g/cup

    As long as you keep your carbs in the 20 - 40 range you should be OK. However, I would get the Keto sticks and test if you are in ketosis or not. I thought I was in ketosis for the longest time but after testing myself I found I had to drop even more carbs. I usually keep mine at 20 or below for the day. It vaies from person to peson...
