Hey guys, I've recently relocated to China, and the student gym on campus isn't spectacular. Any ideas on a workout scheme that involves only OLY bars? I know I can still bench, squat, deadlift, row, etc., but there are no DB's whatsoever and the machines aren't worth the time of day. Any other suggestions for stuff I haven't thought of would be greatly appreciated.

Back in the States to get hayooooge!
- Weigh a healthy and active 170-180, healthy mind and body
- Dunk a basketball (hey a man can have big dreams huh)
- Swim 2-3x/week and become a better swimmer
Bench, dead, squat, clean, military press, rows...what else do you really need?
