    Your opinion on my macros

    Weight = 163 lbs
    height = 6'0"

    Slightly bulking (cleanly)

    3149 cals a day

    Fat = 101
    Carbs = 338
    Prot = 218

    Hows the macros? too much carbs? not enough fat?

    actually, this is my new diet that im starting this week... So I have no idea about how fast ill grow and such... but according to my calculations, I should be fine...
