Just wanted to let everyone know I'm so freaking excited right now!!! I made the cover of PL USA for the Sept issue. Mike Wolfe on the freaking cover, that just blows my mind. Never ever in a million years would I think I would make the cover of Powerlifting USA!!!! I want to Thank Chris Mason from At Large for doing the interview in the same issue and for Jeff Ritzler for taking the pics at the ASC World Gym Championships where I did my 835 at. It is his pic that is on the cover, I thank him a milion times over also. It is a very intense pic with my glasses flying off my face and and pointing at the ground with me screaming "this is my F##KING HOUSE"!!!! Wow is all i can say!!!

So I was following your bench advice you gave me in another thread. Was doing a 6x3 setup yesterday when one of the personal trainers comes up and ask me if I'm interested in training because he can show me how to really help my bench out, that I'm doing it all wrong. I told him no thanks, I think the person who setup my bench routine knows a thing or two about benching.
Congrats and thanks for all the help. I already notice a difference after 3 chest sessions.
