    Squat problem

    i dont have a squat rack so when i do squats i have to lift them over my head. and since my weight is going up, im sure i wont be able to put it on my back to squat. any solutions???

    Buy a squat rack..
    Or make one..

    Front squats, zercher squats, over head squats, or get a squat rack ...

    Where is the cheapest place I can buy one?

    I think it'd suck to order it online cuz of the shipping price.
